Soul Refresh Wellness

“I had the privilege of seeking a Soul Refresh energy healing session via phone from Super Katie recently. It was amazing and just what I needed. Sometimes we need someone’s presence to spot us.  Sometimes we need someone the way charcoal extracts impurities from the skin. Super Katie provides the majestic presence of our miraculous circle of life. She has the undeniable gift and ability to remind us of our strengths and our own gifts that always need and deserve faithful and loving maintenance and acknowledgement.

This was Super Katie: full of grace, faith, love and a most beautiful, accepting spirit willing to tune into me and help me with Ultimate guidance.  She is an angel on earth.  Relaying with us all in our purposeful flow! I could almost hear her fluttering away with tons of my heavy waste…fly far off into the ethos, drop it off in God’s recycle bin, come back and hold me.  I could feel her look me straight in the eyes, hold my hand and say…”You are ready.  Keep going!” She’s like a butterfly and a hummingbird to me. What more can I say?”

“Super Katie’s Soul Refresh Sessions are Blessings upon Blessings.  Truly.  First, she listens well.  She has an understanding, almost investigative approach, very personal and personalized.   The treatment is comforting, relaxing, both subtle and noticeable.  And then there’s a shift in my energy.  I am at peace.  

The treatments have helped me physically, mentally and deeper.  I started to notice life changes that I wanted.  I feel more my self, less the obstacles that I had been encountering.  I have more of my own power; I’m making the changes I wanted.  I have a wider perspective to allow all of me to be accepted.  I’m not worried.  I’m improving, I mean making progress.  I have more self-discipline.  

Can I put my finger on exactly what caused what?  No.  But it’s all become easier, or to describe it, ‘un-stuck’ since my treatments with Super Katie.  My goals are attainable.  And I’m ok without any changes to just be.  I AM delighted to know that I’ve got another treatment with her scheduled.”
